I am a highly experienced and skilled Trainer, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer, who are available to offer freelance consultancy, training, assessment and internal assurance services on an ad hoc basis. I have experience of working with a number of different awarding bodies and Organisations including Football and Rugby Clubs Nationwide, Sporting Organisations and Training Providers. I am experienced in different levels of QCF qualifications from level one up to level 3, am a lead IQA for BTEC and cover a wide range of topics. I have a clear understanding of the processes involved in assessment and verification; and consider myself a flexible and adaptable professional and who is friendly, approachable and constructive. I am able to work remotely or on site and will also be available to take part in External Quality Assurance visits if required.
I provide support and guidance via bespoke planning and development to meet the company’s individual requirements.
We can arrange activities which lead to best practice in assessment, training and IQA, help to identify areas of development and plan, organise and facilitate standardisation, and ongoing support. Where required I can organise, facilitate and help to host External Quality Assurance visits, working alongside your teams to build supportive working relationships which in turn can help to avoid possible issues or concerns.
