Michelle Binns - First Hand Training SolutionsMy name is Michelle Binns, and I am the owner and founder of First Hand Training Solutions. Our team includes highly experienced and skilled trainers, who provide professional and accredited First Aid and Health & Safety training to businesses, public sector workers, educational establishments, and sporting organisation in the North of England.

We pride ourselves on delivering flexible, engaging and hands-on training courses – as a result we have long term relationships with the majority of our clients, and we work closely with them to identify and fulfil the ongoing training needs of their staff.

We also offer a range of services covering Internal Assessment and Internal Quality Assurance, including consultancy and training. We are experienced in different levels of QCF qualifications from level one up to level 3, and I myself am a lead IQA for BTEC and cover a wide range of topics. The members of our team who are involved in assessment and IQA have a clear understanding of the processes involved in assessment and verification.
